🎓 Eligibility Criteria
1. State IEC Specialist
- Qualification: Master’s in Mass Communication or related field; or Sociology/Social Work with diploma in Mass Communication
- Experience: Minimum 5 years (Govt. sector preferred)
- Skills: Computer diploma (6 months), strong local language proficiency (Assamese), experience in social media & IEC
- Age Limit: 30–45 years as on 01.01.2025
2. Technical Officer – Social Media
- Qualification: Degree in Mass Communication/Marketing or Diploma in Graphic Designing
- Experience: 3–4 years in social media/graphic design
- Skills: Canva, Adobe Suite, CorelDraw, SEO knowledge

3. Videographer cum Editor
- Qualification: Degree in Communication/Marketing or Film-Making/Video Editing

- Create and execute Annual IEC Action Plans
