🧑💼 Job Role & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Geological operations at wellsites for drilling and workover jobs.
- Fieldwork and office-based geological tasks.
- May involve shift duties and “On-Call” deployment in remote OIL locations.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Understanding of petroleum systems, especially in the Assam-Arakan Basin.
- Geological mapping, correlation, sediment analysis, and mud logging knowledge.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, Corel software, and Petrel software.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Postgraduate degree in Geology or Applied Geology (2 years minimum) from a recognized university/institute.
Experience:
- Minimum 1-year experience in Exploration and Production (E&P), especially in Drilling Operations in Northeast India.
Age Limit (as on registration date):
- Minimum Age: 24 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
💰 Salary & Emoluments
- Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹70,000
- Variable Component: ₹500/day for fieldwork outside base location
- No additional allowances for travel or accommodation.
