📢 Short Notice Inviting Expression of Interest (EOI)
The Executive Engineer, PHED Golaghat Division, on behalf of the District Water and Sanitation Committee (DWSC), invites sealed EOI applications from eligible NGOs, SHGs, Contractors, and Firms for the construction of 123 Community Toilets at Health Centres and Hospitals under the Swachh Bharat Mission – Gramin (SBM-G) in Golaghat district.
🔧 Scope of Work
Name of Work: Construction of Community Toilet at Health Care Centers and Hospitals under SBM-G in Golaghat District.
Total Units: 123 Nos.
Unit Cost: ₹3,00,000/- per unit (Inclusive of all taxes)
Funding Source: SBM-G (subject to availability of funds)
📋 Eligibility Criteria
- Registered NGOs, SHGs, and Contractors with relevant experience in civil construction/sanitation projects
- Valid registration, PAN, GST certificate
- Experience certificates and work history must be submitted with application
📎 Application Procedure
- Interested parties should collect EOI documents from the office of the undersigned.
- Submit the filled EOI application with all supporting documents in a sealed envelope.
- Submission must be made during office hours on or before 27 June 2025 by 2:00 PM.
- Applications will be opened in the office of the Executive Engineer, PHED, Golaghat.
