Delhivery Limited is looking for a passionate and self-motivated HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join the team in Tezpur. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of HR experience who can join immediately. Note: male candidates preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Management: Ensure adequate manpower availability at the facility.
- Hiring Metrics: Track TAT, source efficiency, cost & quality of hire, and diversity ratios.
- Gap Analysis: Identify hiring gaps and implement guidelines to improve quality and cost efficiency.
- Talent Retention: Design and execute site-specific retention plans.
- Compliance & Processes: Ensure adherence to HR systems, policies, and procedures.
- Performance Reporting: Maintain HRBP scorecards and prepare monthly performance dashboards.
Who Can Apply
- HR professionals with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Postgraduates in HR: MBA/PG in HR.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
