LIC Housing Finance Limited (LICHFL) has released the official Apprenticeship Notification – 004 (2025) for fresh graduates across India. A total of 192 apprentices will be engaged in different LICHFL offices. This apprenticeship program aims to provide on-job training, domain knowledge, soft skills, and real-time industry exposure to graduates.

About the Apprenticeship
- Total Vacancies: 192
- Apprenticeship Period: 12 Months
- Start Date: 1st November 2025 (Tentative)
- Monthly Stipend: ₹12,000/-
- Type: Training only (Not an Employment Guarantee)
- Certificate: Proficiency Certificate will be issued by BOAT. Apprentices can approach BFSI Sector Skill Council of India for job opportunities in BFSI sector.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: 20 to 25 years (as on 01-09-2025)
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream (between 01-09-2021 and 01-09-2025)
- Work Experience: No prior apprenticeship with any organization.
Selection Process
- Register at NATS Portal.
- Apply online via apprenticeship portal (only mode accepted).
- Pay exam fee to BFSI Sector Skill Council of India.
- Appear for Online Remote-Proctored Exam.
- Document Verification & Personal Interview at LIC HFL offices.
- Final Offer Letter issuance by LIC HFL.
Entrance Examination Details
- Mode: Online Remote-Proctored (via smartphone with front camera)
- Duration: 60 Minutes
- Questions: 100 MCQs
- Subjects: Banking, Insurance, Investment, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, Computer & English
- Fees: ₹944 (General/OBC), ₹708 (SC/ST/Female), ₹472 (PwBD)
