Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical / Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical
• Minimum 5+ years experience in Telecom O&M (Utility)
• Valid driving license (mandatory)
• Candidates from Assam will be given preference

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Utility Operations & Maintenance across assigned clusters
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults to ensure seamless telecom services
• Supervise and guide on-ground field teams and contractors
• Coordinate with stakeholders for escalation, reporting and asset management

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving approach
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple field activities

Compensation

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 / month (based on experience & fit)
