Key Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate in Commerce or equivalent
• Experience: 2–5 years in backend cash operations (retail store handling preferred)
• Age Limit: Not beyond 35 years
• Salary: As per industry norms

Typical Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile daily cash operations for retail outlets and central accounts.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling policies, audits and internal controls.
• Coordinate with store teams and finance for settlements, shortages, and reporting.
• Support month-end close activities and assist with ad-hoc financial queries.
• Train and guide junior cashier staff on best practices and compliance.
