• Manage store operations: stocking, receiving, and organization.
• Maintain store hygiene and visual standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise store staff & sales associates.
• Roster management and task assignment.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Inventory tracking and data analysis.
• Implement loss prevention and security audits.

Candidate Requirements

• Exp: 4+ years in Operations/Manpower handling.
