- Prepare documentation and process audits as per CMMI Level 5 standards.
2. Programme Manager / Quality Assurance Manager
- Handle quality assurance at the organizational level.
- Monitor the adoption of process frameworks like CMMI, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, etc.
- Interface with project teams, ensure compliance, and conduct regular audits.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: First-class B.E/B.Tech/MCA or Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 11 years total experience (at least 3 years in responsible technical/administrative role).
- Key Skills:
- Implementation of CMMI Level 5 and quality frameworks.
- Strong knowledge in QMS like ISO 9001, ISO 27001, AS9100.
- Experience in R&D project life cycle, audits, risk assessment, and document control.

- Salary up to ₹2.3 lakhs/month based on qualification, experience, and interview performance.
