Eligibility (brief)

- Download the prescribed Annexure-B Click here application form from the notification.
- Fill all details neatly (typing preferred).
- Attach self-attested documents: Annexure-A sports certificates, educational certificates, Aadhaar/ID, photos, caste/EWS certificate, NOC (if applicable).
- Place all documents in a sealed envelope, superscribed: “Application for Sports Quota Recruitment 2025”.
- Send by post/hand to: Office of the Principal Commissioner, CGST Guwahati Commissionerate, GST Bhawan, Kedar Road, Fancy Bazar, Guwahati – 781001.
- Ensure delivery by the deadline: 13 Sep 2025 (main) / 20 Sep 2025 (remote regions).

Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on submitted certificates.
