We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to manage, optimize, and scale our digital marketing channels while developing innovative strategies from scratch.
- Position: Digital Marketing Executive
- Workplace: In-Office
- Location: Banasree, Rampura
- Vacancy: 01
- Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 Taka (Monthly, based on experience)
- Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM (Monday – Friday)
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
- Execute inbound & outbound marketing strategies.
- Manage and grow social media presence with engaging content.
- Create & maintain blogs, website content, and marketing collaterals.
- Develop marketing materials (brochures, presentations, web pages).
- Prepare well-structured content using CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow).
- Monitor ad performance, track KPIs, and improve ROAS.
- Research and apply the latest marketing trends & tools.
- Collaborate with design & marketing teams for creative content.
- Conduct client outreach via Email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
🛠️ Skills Required
- 1–2 years of digital marketing experience (preferably Software/Tech industry).
- Strong expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, Email Marketing.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (basic).
- Experience with CMS tools (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting & KPI tracking ability.
- Eagerness to learn new tools & stay ahead of digital trends.
🎓 Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
