- B.E. (Electrical) / B.Tech (Electrical Engineering) OR
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 25 years of work experience in Government service, with at least 6 months served as Executive Engineer, Asst. Executive Engineer or Assistant Engineer.
- Age: Maximum 62 years as on 01-Jan-2025.
