Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of site workers, contractors, and sub-contractors.
• Maintain daily site records and progress reports.
• Interpret technical drawings/plans and ensure work is executed accordingly.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients to resolve site-related issues.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards.
• Allocate resources (materials, equipment, labour) efficiently.
• Monitor project timelines and escalate delays/issues to management.
• Manage inventory and request materials as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ✅ 2–5 years of experience in site supervision or construction site management.
• ✅ Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
• ✅ Team leadership and management skills.
• ✅ Good communication and problem-solving ability.
