🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance, wage registers, and manpower records.
- Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and ID generation.
- Coordinate with Head Office for payroll & HR reports.
- Ensure statutory compliance: ESIC, PF, Labour License, etc.
- Address worker grievances and basic welfare requirements.
- Assist in hiring local labor/skilled workers.
- Maintain contractor/subcontractor documentation and contracts.
- Liaise with local government authorities when required.
👤 Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any stream (B.A./B.Com); MBA-HR preferred.
- 1–3 years of site-based HR experience in construction.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR documentation practices.
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic HR tools/software.
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Must be willing to stay and work at project sites.
