Network Engineer (Parameter-level) — 4G & 5G Optimisation
About the role
We are looking for experienced Network Engineers with strong parameter-level knowledge in network optimisation for 4G and 5G radio networks. The role involves working on Ericsson projects at their offices across India — hands-on parameter tuning, drive test & KPI analysis, optimisation actions and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Parameter-level optimisation for 4G and 5G sites (RF parameter tuning).
- Analyze KPIs and propose corrective actions to meet SLAs.
- Perform drive/test data analysis and collaborate with RF teams for rollouts.
- Document changes and produce regular optimisation reports.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in telecom network optimisation (4G & 5G) — Ericsson exposure preferred.
- Strong knowledge of radio parameters, KPI analysis, and optimisation tools.
- Good communication skills and ability to work from office at Ericsson locations.
