Eligibility
- Field Engineer: Full-time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg) with minimum 55%, plus 1 year experience.
- Field Supervisor: Full-time Diploma with minimum 55%, plus 1 year experience. Higher qualifications not allowed.
Salary & Benefits
- Field Engineer: Starting ₹30,000; approx. CTC ₹8.9 LPA
- Field Supervisor: Starting ₹23,000; approx. CTC ₹6.8 LPA
- Annual increments, HRA, EPF, medical, leave, and insurance benefits included
Exam Pattern & Selection
- Duration: 1 hour; Hindi/English medium
- Sections: Technical, Aptitude, General Awareness
- No negative marking; Qualifying marks: UR/EWS 40%, Reserved 30%
- Field Engineer: Written test + Interview; Field Supervisor: Written test only
