Regional Dental College, Guwahati — Re-schedule of Counselling for MDS Admission (Session 2025)

আঞ্চলিক দন্ত চিকিৎসা মহাবিদ্যালয়, গুৱাহাটী (Ref. No.RDC/MDS/03/2017/Pt-I/2142-45), অসম ৰাজ্যিক কোটাৰ অধীনত MDS পাঠ্যক্ৰম (Periodontics)ৰ এটা আসনত নামভৰ্তিৰ বাবে কাউন্সেলিং পুনৰ নিৰ্ধাৰণ কৰা হৈছে। পূৰ্বে ২০২৫ চনৰ ২২ আগষ্ট (শুকুৰবাৰ) পুৱা ১১:০০ বজাত অনুষ্ঠিত হ’বলগীয়া কাউন্সেলিং বাতিল কৰা হৈছে। মেডিকেল কাউন্সেলিং কমিটি (এমচিচি)ৰ নিৰ্দেশ অনুসৰি এতিয়া তলত দিয়া সবিশেষ অনুসৰি কাউন্সেলিং অনুষ্ঠিত হ’ব।

As per the official notice from Regional Dental College, Guwahati (Ref. No.RDC/MDS/03/2017/Pt-I/2142-45), the counselling for admission to one seat in the MDS course (Periodontics) under the Assam State Quota has been re-scheduled. The counselling earlier slated for 22 August 2025 (Friday) at 11:00 AM stands cancelled. Following the direction of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), the counselling will now be held as per the details below.

Who Should Attend

All candidates whose names appear in the Assam State merit list of NEET-MDS-2025 (National Board of Examinations, New Delhi), and who have secured merit position up to 176, and have fulfilled the eligibility criteria for admission against Assam State Quota seats are requested to physically appear for counselling on the rescheduled date.

• Photo ID (Aadhaar/Passport/Driving Licence)
• All educational certificates & mark sheets (BDS and earlier) + Internship Completion Certificate
• Registration Certificate (DCI/State Dental Council), if applicable
• Category/Reservation certificates (if applicable)
• Passport-size photographs
• Any other documents notified by DME Assam/RDC, Guwahati

How to Attend Counselling

1. Verify your name and rank (≤ 176) in the Assam State NEET-MDS-2025 merit list.
2. Prepare originals and photocopies of all required documents.
3. Report to the venue at least 30–45 minutes before 11:00 AM on 29 Aug 2025.
4. Follow on-spot instructions issued by DME Assam/RDC officials.

Important Notes

• The earlier counselling date stands cancelled as per the latest notice.
• The reschedule is in line with the Direction of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
• Admission will be strictly as per rules governing Assam State Quota seats.
